We are now able to bring you our new Technical Remote Assistance Service. This new service will allow us to Log On to your computer and help you resolve most Technical Issues via a phone call. We will even phone you back if you are calling from a Land Line.

This service includes an initial set up where we need to visit you to install a small piece of software on you Desktop or Laptop PC and then whenever you get a problem on your computer you just phone us up and we will arrange a mutual time to Log on and help you.

The type of problems we could solve can include:-

• E Mail Problems

• Internet Problems

• Router Port Forwarding

• Router Wireless Assistance (Your PC must be Hard Wired)

• Microsoft Office

• General Help With Formatting and Formulas

• Most Common Software Issues

• Print Software Problems

• Some Virus Infection removal

For this service we charge an annual fee, this includes initial free setup and one year TRAS. (Technical Remote Assistance Service) TRAS Download

This service does not include parts or onsite visits if required, but you will have a discounted labour rate for the year. Other levels of cover are available on request.
